What clutterhop does

clutterhop helps you get household items ready to sell. It organizes your photos and details, helps you compare prices, and writes a listing you can copy to a selling site such as Facebook Marketplace or eBay. clutterhop does not post listings for you, contact buyers, or handle the money from any sale. You decide what to list, at what price, and you are responsible for your listings and sales.

Prices and suggestions

Price comparisons, photo matches and AI suggestions are a starting point, not a promise. Asking prices on selling sites are not proof of what something sold for, and a photo match may be a different model or condition. Check details before you post.

Photo search packs

Everyone gets some free photo searches; the app shows how many are available. Signed-in sellers can buy a pack of 200 photo searches for $1.99 (US dollars). It’s a one-time purchase: there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; clutterhop never sees your card details.

• Paid searches are saved to your account and used only after your free ones are used up.
• If a search fails for a technical reason, it’s added back to your balance automatically.
• A search that finishes but finds no close match still counts as one search.
• Searches don’t expire while your account exists. Deleting your account removes any unused searches.

Refunds

If you haven’t used the paid searches a pack added, email support@clutterhop.com within 30 days of buying it and we’ll refund it in full. If you’ve used some and something went wrong, write to us and we’ll look at it fairly; we may give a partial refund. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. A full refund removes that pack’s searches from your balance; a partial refund doesn’t.

If you were charged but your searches didn’t appear within a few minutes, email us with the date of purchase and we’ll sort it out.

Your account

You can use clutterhop without an account; your items then stay on your device. If you sign in with Google, your collection syncs to your private account. You can delete your account at any time under Account options in the app. See the privacy notice for what is stored and for how long.

Fair use

Please use clutterhop for your own selling. Don’t use it to list things you don’t have the right to sell, to upload other people’s private information, or to overload the service. We may limit use that harms the service or other people.

Changes and availability

We may update features, free allowances and these terms. If we change the price of a pack, searches you already bought keep working. We aim to keep clutterhop running smoothly but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free.
